Authentia is an ensemble specializing in early music played on original instruments.
The core of the ensemble are cornett and recorder player Lene Langballe and violinist Roberto Falcone. The underlying idea in Authentia is to revive an ancient sound world with an original and authentic sound and playing style.

Same year was included the music and dance performance "Ballo a Palazzo" with presentation by Piet van Deurs and specialized dancers from Florence in a series of Danish castles including Frederiksborg Castle and Fuglsang Gods.
In 2008 Authentia began collaborating with young students who take part in concerts. This combination gives selected young music students the chance to experience the process of preparing a performance, the actual concert situation and personal development in collaboration with professional musicians.
The project "La Battaglia" at Holsteinborg includes some of Lene and Roberto's students. This cooperation is instructive and of great fun for both the young and the professional members of Authentia!
